From studio apartments to three-bedroom town homes, there’s a fit for every east-side apartment seeker in this growing community.

Willows Edge Commons, along with sister properties Willows East and Willows South, has a huge range of apartment options ready to go or coming soon.

The location

Located on the growing east side at 418 S. Hein Ave., Willows Edge Commons is just east of Arrowhead and Veterans parkways.

“I really think it’s in a great area of town if you’re on the east side,” property manager Rylie Brown said.

“We have options from town homes to apartments to flats, so there’s something for everyone, and we have really great amenities here as well.”

The apartments

Willows Edge Commons offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom town homes.

“They have an open feel and a little more industrial look with exposed ductwork,” Brown said. “They’re comfortable and spacious, and nearly all have patios or decks.”

All town homes include garages, and there’s an option for it in the apartments.

Willows East is an all-town-home development, offering two- and three-bedroom options, including a double garage.

Willows South, a future phase, will be all apartments.

The amenities

Residents at Willows properties can take advantage of a clubhouse filled with things to do.

“There’s a popular golf simulator, room for games and a coffee bar offering Starbucks coffee,” Brown said.

“And in the summer months, residents love the outdoor pool.”
