A brand-new, affordable living option awaits at Jefferson Village in northwest Sioux Falls.

The location

Jefferson Village is located in booming northwest Sioux Falls at 4107 W. Innovation St. It just opened in March and already is filling up with residents.

“It’s near I-29 for convenient access to any place in Sioux Falls, as well as the new Amazon location and Jefferson High School,” property manager Jamie Dozark said.

The apartment

Choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, which all include utilities and a full appliance package, including laundry.

“We have some two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom available,” Dozark said. “We do not offer a waitlist, but the second phase will be coming next spring and will have 29 apartments.”

The amenities

Jefferson Village offers free extra storage for residents, plus access to a large community room that includes a full kitchen for gatherings and events.

Lounge furniture will be arriving soon.

And a playground and picnic area are coming later this spring.

The tour

You will need to qualify for living at Jefferson Village based on your income.

“We have several different levels that they can fall into, so they need to have proof of income and assets so we can verify it,” Dozark said.
