The apartments

The newest building at University Hills Village, 5520 W. Success St., offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Residents love the granite counters, walk-in closet and spacious kitchen, including a dishwasher and full-size microwave, plus a full-size washer and dryer.

“You’ll find all the extras here, including private decks available,” Merrow said.

The amenities

University Hills Village surrounds you with amenities like no other community in town.

Inside the destination amenities building, you’ll find tons of places to unwind, work from home, play some billiards or use the golf plus all sport simulator.

A huge indoor pool and spa, basketball court and fitness center cater to every workout style.

“And our outdoor amenities are fantastic, including a courtyard with a putting green, grill area and outdoor fireplace,” Merrow said.

“Plus, all our apartment buildings have underground parking and access to elevators. There’s great walkability to all our amenities, including our newest addition — Credo’s Pub & Grill, which is on the first floor of our newest apartment building at 5520 W. Success St.”
