The amenities

The Carlton features a multitude of amenities for residents, including an indoor pool, rooftop deck and fire pit, multiple residents’ lounges, a fitness center and guest suite.

Your packages will be conveniently stored in a designated room, and there’s even a car wash bay within the underground parking.

“We filled up pretty quick with studio apartments as did the one-bedroom plus dens,” Hoscheid said. “We do have availability in the other floor plans, including the large three-bedroom apartment homes. The square footage is large, and you’re on the end of the building with a very spacious patio, and the views are phenomenal.”
