More living options are coming to an apartment community in south Sioux Falls that has been in high demand for years.

Edgewater Villas opens its fourth building this week in the area of 85th Street between Cliff and Minnesota avenues.

That will be followed by a fifth building in July.

The location

The apartment

Edgewater Villas offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Each includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen appliance package, private entry and patio or deck.

Residents can choose a detached garage, and rent covers sewer, trash and recycling.

The amenities

Edgewater will have even more for residents to enjoy this summer with a new playground that’s almost done.

That’s in addition to a beautiful pool and dog park.

“It’s the perfect time of year to make a move here and begin getting to know your neighbors,” Greer said.
