Apartment of the Week: City’s Edge
This Apartment of the Week is sponsored by Cresten Properties.
Filled with fun for the whole family, the new City’s Edge apartments are proving popular — with more on the way.
The location
City’s Edge is located at 3617 E. Sage Grass St., which is near East 69th Street and not far from Sycamore Avenue.

“We love it out here,” property manager Paige Riggs said. “It’s a great part of town, great amenities, great everything. We are close to schools, shopping and the neighboring towns. There’s plenty going on, but it is also a very quiet and safe, tucked-away part of town.”
The apartment
City’s Edge offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. They’re newly built, so you likely will be the first person to live in your apartment.
There are a limited number of one- and two-bedroom options remaining — with more of all floor plans on the way early next year.

“Starting after the first of the year, we will have another 96 apartments come available, so we do have plenty of availability here,” Riggs said. “There is high demand, high interest in these apartments, and this area of town in general, so if you’re interested, I would act fast.”

Apartments offer clean, modern finishes, with a full appliance package, big closets — including walk-in closets — bonus storage space available and the option for an attached or unattached garage. All include patios or decks for outdoor living space.

The amenities
City’s Edge is filled with things to do.

The community building offers a full kitchen and large gathering space, spacious fitness room, free Starbucks in the lobby and a theater room with recliner seating and a popcorn machine.

Outdoors, the fun continues with an area for grilling, a large pool, plus a dinosaur-themed splash area.

And, the dinosaur theme continues with an impressive playground perfect for playing paleontologist and burning off extra energy.
