Apartment of the Week: The Villas at Canyon Creek

“Plus, our decks and patios offer ample space for grilling and lounging,” Stingley added.

The amenities

You’re going to love coming home to The Villas at Canyon Creek, especially if you love to meet people and spend time outside.

The spacious outdoor heated pool is open from the beginning of May to the middle of September to take full advantage of swim season.

“And you’ll find games like corn hole and ladders in the pool area, along with a gas fire pit and two separate grilling areas,” Stingley said. “On the last day of the pool season, we mark the ‘dog days of summer,’ and our four-legged residents are allowed to swim all day.”

The large community room comfortably fits 60 people and includes a pool table, two televisions with satellite service and a kitchen area.

“There are so many extras – like our fitness center, which is accessible 24 hours a day and includes ellipticals, treadmills, a row machine, free weights and universal machines,” Stingley said.

“Plus, residents love the theater room. It has a projection screen, two large sectionals and eating area. And they can access a huge range of programs, plus video game and streaming capabilities with free Wi-Fi.”
