4 new things to eat this week
We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.
The newest French toast flavor at Perch is an interesting combination of several favorite ingredients. Raspberry Matcha French Toast starts with brioche dipped in matcha custard. The slices are topped with white chocolate, raspberry syrup and pistachios.

The featured Slammin’ Summer Sandwiches menu at Crack’d Pot Restaurant & Bakery includes a Monte Cristo. Texas toast is dipped in French toast batter and topped with a half-pound of grilled shaved ham and turkey, and melted Swiss cheese. The sandwich is dusted with powdered sugar and served with strawberry preserves.

Cascata Italian Cuisine has added several menu items. Our pick is the Whipped Ricotta antipasto “before the meal” course that includes lemon, olive oil, hot honey, crushed pistachio, slices of fig and toasted bread for dipping.

For dessert, stop by Parker’s Bistro for the Lemon Tart, featuring lemon curd and toasted meringue.
