The apartments

The Brixx villas and apartments offer 9-foot ceiling and one-, two- and three-bedroom and one-plus-den floor plans.

Plus, you’ll find quartz counters, walk-in closets and large patios or balconies.

“We have availability in our first phase in one-, two- and three-bedrooms, though the larger apartments are more limited,” Michael said.

“And then in the next phase, our new 30-unit building has one- and two-bedrooms available, with more new phases ahead. People are really liking the layouts and floor plans, and there are some that are quite unique.”

The amenities

Unwind and stay active at The Brixx with a 24-hour fitness center and theater room, plus free Starbucks coffee.

This season, The Brixx will open its outdoor amenities, including a pool, playground and dog park.

“Our outdoor amenities will be done hopefully yet this month, although it might be next spring before residents can use the pool,” Michael said.
