4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The new featured menu for November at Chef Lance’s on Phillips includes this Ravioli Marinara appetizer. Get four handmade jumbo raviolis stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with a red pepper marinara and fresh basil. And note: Starting this month, the restaurant has dropped its lunch service and added Sunday dinner to its schedule. Hours are 5 to 9. p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

The Bill of Fare special menu for fall at The Attic Bar & Grill features the Beast Burger, which is basically what it sounds like. The patty is a blend of elk, wild boar, bison and wagyu beef. It’s sits on roasted garlic aioli and baby arugula, and it’s topped with smoked gouda and bacon onion jam.

We’re intrigued by the looks of a new limited-time entree at Papa Johns. The Pepperoni Crusted Papadia is a pepperoni- and Parmesan-crusted flatbread-style sandwich stuffed with mozzarella and pepperoni. It’s served with pizza dipping sauce.

Applebee’s has something new and sweet: Cinnabon Mini Swirls. The fried cinnamon roll minis are dusted with Cinnabon cinnamon sugar, drizzled with caramel and come with a side of Cinnabon’s signature cream cheese frosting.
