4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

There’s still time to explore the Summer Bill of Fare menu at both locations of The Attic Bar & Grill. The Grilled Shrimp and Mango Salad features grilled shrimp, with mango, cucumber, endive, avocado and cilantro on a bed of mixed greens. It’s served with housemade miso ginger dressing. The special menu likely will run through September.

While craft beer is the star at Obscure Brewing Co., the kitchen crew also has fun crafting menu items. The latest is the Nashville Hot Chicken, a take on the popular sandwich in pizza form. It has a ranch seasoning base, chicken, pickles, mozzarella and Nashville hot sauce.

If you like a loaded burger, Ruby Tuesday has a new one to try. The Hot Mess Brisket Burger is a beef patty, with sliced brisket, grilled and crispy onions, signature sauce, melted American and smoked gouda cheeses and barbecue sauce.

Stop by CH Patisserie on Friday, Saturday or Sunday this month for a seasonal treat. The Strawberry Beignet is filled with strawberry jam and rolled in strawberry sugar.
