4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

One of the OG menu items at Perch is back. The Fried Rice Omelette features three local eggs, barbecue pork fried rice, bean sprouts, onions and scallions, with a drizzle of gochujang, a Korean chile paste. It’s served with toast.

Dip into a great accompaniment to a glass of wine or a tasty starter to share before a meal at Maribella Ristorante with the new Hot Honey Ricotta. The ricotta is topped with tapenade and sun-dried tomatoes and finished with a drizzle of hot honey. It’s served with homemade focaccia.

From the new spring feature menu at 22Ten Kitchen Cocktails: Seafood Risotto. The dish includes saffron rice, peas, zucchini, squash, bell pepper, Parmesan and lemon butter. Add chicken, shrimp, salmon or steak. It’s served for lunch and dinner.

This is not your mom’s lemon bar recipe. The  Almond Lemon Bar at Rivage Oak Kitchen is one of several new menu items. The dessert bar is topped with almonds, a piece of honeycomb and a candied lemon wheel, and it’s served with honeycomb ice cream.
