We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

While Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen is known for its creations between two slices of bread, it also is a master at salads. Several new menu items have been added for spring, and our pick is the Little Gem Salad. Little Gem romaine is topped with a basil and quinoa tabbouleh, crispy chickpeas, smoked feta and a herb and tahini vinaigrette. Take it to the next level and add falafel.

Grille 26 has several new features. Our pick is Coconut Shrimp Lettuce Wraps. They’re topped with a passion fruit slaw, Caribbean salsa and chipotle aioli.

A customer favorite is back on the latest dinner menu at M.B. Haskett Delicatessen: Chicken Piccata. A breaded chicken breast is topped with lemon butter sauce, capers and mushrooms with mashed potatoes and broccolini. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.

This literally is “4 new things to eat this week.” Nothing Bundt Cakes is in the final days of its Dubai Chocolate flavor pop-up. The shop is estimating that it will have enough ingredients to keep baking bundlets through Friday or Saturday. The chocolate cake is filled with pistachio cream and shredded phyllo filling and frosted with chocolate ganache with gold sprinkles on top. The recommendation is to eat it at room temperature.
