We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Salmon Benedict is back on the menu at Perch for a limited time. The classic breakfast dish includes smoked salmon, poached eggs and Perch’s signature hollandaise, finished with fresh dill and served on an English muffin. It comes with a side of papas fritas, or fried potatoes.

Cafe Breadico has added sourdough bagels to its offerings. They’re available in wheat, poppyseed, everything and sesame. Our pick is everything for all the flavor.

In the Cherapa Place building to the east from Cafe Breadico, you’ll find the second location for Pomegranate Market, which opened in December. It includes a bistro with several menu choices and the grocery store’s popular hot bar buffet. That’s our pick with its multitude of choices. It currently features a weekly rotating menu of international flavors: Mexican, Cajun, Indian, Italian and Mediterranean.

Half-Baked Mondays are back at the east-side Attic Bar & Grill — they never left the west-side location. The menu features five loaded baked potatoes. Our pick is the Jalapeno Popper Spud with cream cheese, shredded cheddar, jalapenos and seasoned bread crumbs.
