4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

A new noodle dish is on the menu at Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen. Pork Lo Mein features five-spice smoked pork, noodles, soy, onion, bell pepper, carrot, local shiitake mushroom, bok choy, bean sprouts, green onion and sesame seed. Add house kimchi, chili crisp or both for a little heat.

If you’re looking for comfort food, Blarney Stone Pub will never disappoint. There’s a new holiday features menu, which includes Guinness Gravy Meatballs. Both the meatballs and gravy includes Guinness. The dish is topped with crispy onion strings and served with champ potatoes and lemon butter peas. A pint of Guinness would make a perfect pairing.

The SandBar & Grill creates a featured flatbread every month, and December’s offering is Bacon Cheeseburger.

Looking for a good excuse to have dessert? The original Merry Mack Lovin’ is back at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub after being on the reserve list for a couple of years. This recipe features double chocolate chip cookies with peppermint ice cream. The downtown restaurant will donate $1 to Toys for Tots for each one that’s sold during the holiday season.
