We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Pho Quynh now serves housemade Cream Cheese Wontons. Each order includes five pieces, and they’re available daily while supplies last.

For Valentine’s Day, BibiSol created a featured dinner menu that will be served until the end of the month. Our pick is the Braised Duroc Roast. Red wine-braised pork shoulder is served on a bed of local beet and potato mash.

Stop by the new Dakota Butcher at The Bridges at 57th for a hot lunch. Diners typically will find one or two entrees and maybe a soup when it’s colder outside. The menu changes daily. Offerings range from smoked brats and pulled pork sandwiches to a big mac tater tot hot dish and loaded baked potatoes. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays.

The Mexican ice cream shop La MichoaKanita has a new treat: Strawberries Dubai. It’s a combination of fresh chopped strawberries, pistachio cream, kataifi and chocolate.
