We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

When aspaargus and rhubarb are in season, Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen magically creates a sandwich that includes both! Check out this offering featuring asparagus, rhubarb agrodolce and arugula — all local — with smoked bleu cheese ranch on a piece of naan.

If you like hot wings with your pizza, Papa Woody’s Wood Fired Pizza has a new appetizer to try. Sriracha cauliflower bites deliver the heat. They’re served, of course, with ranch dressing and celery sticks.

Look’s Marketplace has a new menu item: Scallops with bucatini, nduja (a spicy, spreadable sausage), asparagus, fava beans and lemon vinaigrette.

And you’ve got until May 28 to try these yummy dim sum features at Pho Quynh Vietnamese Restaurant. Stop in or order carry out for an assortment of dumplings including: Shumai (shrimp dumplings steamed or fried), Jiaozi (chicken dumplings steamed or fried), Baozi (steamed pork buns) , Menshoba (crispy shrimp toast) and Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) Order them separately by the plate or try the combination platter. Available from 5 p.m. through close.
