4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The new Ranch & Roost, which started in Wyoming, has added a South Dakota classic to the menu: chislic. The marinated sirloin steak cubes can be grilled or fried in beef tallow.

Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen has a fresh seasonal dish. Shrimp Tostada features tequila shrimp, pickled mango salsa, orange glaze, toasted sesame seeds and micro cilantro on three fried wontons.

Roundhouse Brew Pub has a new featured menu. Our pick is Ravioli Nachos. Jalapeno and cream cheese-stuffed ravioli are topped with taco-seasoned ground beef, queso, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and Cholula sour cream.

The Keg doesn’t change up its menu very often, but it has a new Chicken Bowl. The dish includes two fried chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and shredded cheddar cheese.
