We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Big Poppa’s Pizza has been open for only a short time, but customers are clamoring to try the Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. Try one of nine specialty pies or build your own. Prices for a 12-inch deep dish range from $34 for one topping to $38 for a specialty like the supreme or Aloha Delight with Canadian bacon and pineapple. The restaurant also makes New York-style hand-tossed pizza.

Another new restaurant, Indian Oven, is from the same owners as Everest Indian Cuisine. Our pick is Tandoori Chicken. Chicken legs and thighs are marinated in yogurt and spices before being roasted. The dish is served with roasted broccoli and cilantro and comes with a side of basmati rice. Don’t forget to order a side of garlic naan.

Winter menu items have arrived at Daily Clean Food & Drink. The Winter Wonder Bowl features a bed of wild rice blend with sweet potato, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, craisins, kale, almonds and bison meatballs. Customize as you like by changing the base. For an additional charge, add cheese or more protein.

If you love finishing your meal with a slice of cheesecake, the new Cascata Italian Cuisine in the Canopy by Hilton at The Steel District has something for you. Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake is topped with pistachio brittle for a little crunch and berry compote for a little sweetness.
