We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Want your entire Thanksgiving dinner on a pizza? Invictus Pizza Kitchen is featuring The Wild Turkey this month. The crust is brushed with garlic butter and topped with cheddar cheese, roasted turkey, stuffing, garlic baked potatoes, green bean casserole and crispy onion strings. It’s finished with dried cranberries.

The new Dahlia Kitchen + Bar at The Steel District features a menu that “blends traditional (Mexican) cuisine with innovate creations utilizing the freshest ingredients available.” Our pick is the Tequila-Glazed Salmon. A grilled salmon filet is bushed with a tequilla-lime glaze and served over crispy brussels sprouts and beet puree.

The autumn features menu at Grille 26 includes Crispy Rice Sushi Bites, which would work well as an appetizer to share. They feature sushi-grade rice that’s cooked, cut into rectangles and fried. Each bite is topped with smoked salmon, citrus soy sauce, a spicy Japanese mayo, furikake and cucumber.

After a plate of pasta at Maribella Ristorante, you might be ready for something lighter for dessert. Pistachio Gelato starts with a scoop of the frozen treat and adds strawberry sauce and white chocolate shavings.
