4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The new BibiSol at 219 S. Phillips Ave. from the owners of Salas Salsas serves brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aguacate Toast starts with sourdough from North End Bakery & Deli. It’s topped with miso garlic ailoi, fresh avocado, cotija, tomatillo, Salas Salsas salsa macha and red onion. Add chorizo or egg for an extra charge.

Summertime is great for hot dogs, and there’s a new one to try from the hot dog cart vendor Let Me Be Frank. The Pizza Dog is an all-beef, quarter-pound hot dog on a Hy-Vee bun that’s topped with marinara, pepperoni, mozzarella and Parmesan. Find the cart’s locations on Facebook or Street Food Finder. 

The feature of the month at The Dive is the Queso Smash Burger. The patty is smothered in house-made queso and topped with tomato, black olive, red and green onions and tortilla chips.

If you’re a Cap’n Crunch fan, A&W has a new shake for you. The Cap’n Crunch Cereal Shake features vanilla soft serve loaded with Crunch Berries.
