We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Find breakfast all day at locally owned Crack’d Pot Restaurant, including this new special: the Sunrise Sammich. A croissant is topped with two scrambled eggs, shaved ham, two strips of applewood bacon and melted Swiss cheese. It’s served with hash browns.

For a fresh but filling meal, try the new Prosciutto Hazelnut Salad at Look’s Marketplace. A bed of arugula is topped with grilled Skuna Bay Salmon, crispy prosciutto, pecorino Romano, sun-dried tomato, Oregon hazelnuts, crisp fruit and hazelnut dressing.

Remedy Brewing Co. has a new feature to go with its recently added lunch hours: Nashville Hot Chicken Wrap. A flour tortilla is filled with Nashville hot breaded chicken, black pepper bacon, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and Queen Bee honey mustard. It comes with your choice of side. The wrap is available at dinnertime too. Recommended pairing: the new Elevation Issues, a West Coast IPA.

TC’s Referee Sports Bar & Grill just added a couple of desserts to the menu. Our pick is the Dulce de Leche Cake. There are layers of vanilla cake, dulce de leche mousse, caramel and chocolate bits, with more caramel and whipped cream on the plate.
