We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Casa del Rey reopened in late November under new ownership with a limited menu to get the staff up to speed. Now, more items are starting to appear as the Mexican restaurant transitions to its full lineup. Seafood Enchiladas are back, filled with crab, shrimp and melted cheese in a tortilla and topped with cilantro lime sauce. The dish comes with refried beans, rice, lettuce and pico de gallo.

Look’s Marketplace has several new menu items. Try the Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin that comes with campfire beans, feta cheese and green onion in a red wine reduction.

The Treasury’s new menu includes  the Lobster Roll a la Francaise. Butter-poached lobster is served on a split-top bun with tarragon aioli and garlic butter.

A new ice cream flavor at Stensland Family Farms pays tribute to family founder Art Stensland, who died last year at age 94. “Before his passing this past August, Grandpa Art shared his wish for this classic favorite to join our lineup,” the retail store posted on social media. Stensland, who lived on the farm near Larchwood, Iowa, “enjoyed a huge bowl of ice cream every night — and often twice a day,” his family shared in his obituary. Artie’s Cherry Nut features cherry ice cream with cherry chunks, cashews, peanuts and almonds. It’s available in the dipping cabinet and pints.
