Any croissant is a good croissant but this one has become a fan favorite at CH Patisserie, earning it a spot on the daily menu. The Churro Croissant features a cinnamon and sugar dusting.

Street Corn Nachos have returned to the menu at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub. “After a brief hiatus, uproar from our regulars and the start of a new year, we’ve brought back our Street Corn Nachos,” the restaurant said in a post on social media. Blue corn chips are piled with melted cheese, roasted corn and bell peppers, spicy aioli, queso fresco and cilantro, and dusted with Tajin.

For anyone who can’t get enough potatoes, KFC has launched the Smash’d Potato Bowl. KFC’s Secret Recipe Fries, which are regular fries seasoned with the chain’s signature combination of spices, are topped with mashed potatoes, bacon crumbles and cheese sauce. Pick the option with five chicken nuggets if you want more meat.

The SouthSide Slamwich kicks off Thursday, offering diners a chance to try a dozen new sandwich recipes, all vying for the inaugural title. “The goal is to attract diners to visit participating restaurants and try a tasty new sandwich with the goal of reaching a new audience who may not have had the chance to experience these restaurants previously,” said Jess Jones, co-owner of The Smoked Culture BBQ & Brews.
