4 new things to eat this week

The Summer Sensations featured menu at the Phillips Avenue Diner offers a blueberry-filled start to the day with stuffed french toast. Challah bread is filled with mascarpone and blueberry jam, and topped with blueberries, whipped cream, powdered sugar and maple syrup. 

Roam Kitchen + Bar has embraced its home in South Dakota and added chislic to the menu. Chislic Skewers are served on a bed of crispy yam shoestrings with a side of blackberry chipotle sauce and buttermilk ranch dressing.

Sunny’s Pizzeria has introduced its latest featured pizzas. Our pick is a twist on chicken and waffles with a clever name. Leggo My Pizza is topped with maple syrup, hot honey, sriracha, mozzarella, chicken, bacon, Belgian waffles and a maple syrup drizzle.

Blue Rock Bar & Grill has a new smash burger featuring a wagyu patty from Nebraska-based North 40 Beef. The BBQ Burger is topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, an onion ring, barbecue sauce and pickles.
