4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Pad Thai has a new name and a new menu. The restaurant at 2700 W. 41st St. is now Ninja Ramen & Thai. One of the dozen new noodle dishes is Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. It features pork chashu, bamboo shoots, wakame, marinated egg, nori, corn and scallions in a pork broth.

The Honey-Baked Ham Co. has a new menu offering. Get double-cheddar mac-and-cheese as a side with your lunch or take home a full-size heat-and-serve portion for dinner.

Doritos fans might want to try this. Papa Johns has created the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia. Choose from chicken, beef or steak for the flatbread-style sandwich covered with ranch seasoning. It’s also filled with cheese, tomatoes and onions and Doritos Cool Ranch Sauce and comes with more sauce on the side. It’s available for a limited time.

Looking for a sweet dessert? Taqueria Suyapa, a food truck based on 271st Street on the north side of Tea, has three flavors of tres leches available this season: traditional, mocha and cheesecake.
