We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you.

Ramen pizza? Well, everything but the noodles and the broth! The newest featured pizza at Monks Ale House tastes like the Japanese favorite: miso sauce, cheese, baby bok choy, local mushrooms, local hard-boiled eggs, carrots, chashu pork belly, honey sriracha sauce and scallions.

At the new Watecha Bowl Express, diners will find specials that aren’t served on the food truck, including several buffalo meat choices. Get an 8-ounce New York strip with seasoned rice, candied acorn squash and fry bread.

Here’s a sure sign spring has returned: The customer-favorite strawberry poppyseed salad is back at Panera.

The Vanilla Bean has started providing baked goods at the coffee shop inside Clean Ride Auto Spa near 85th and Western, with an assortment of cheesecakes, bars and Dutch pastries that change once or twice a week. Some of the offerings available at The Clean Bean are gluten-free, including this “Take 5” cheesecake that will remind you of the candy bar. The peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate chips has a gluten-free pretzel crust, and it’s topped with homemade caramel and a chocolate peanut butter drizzle and then finished with whipped cream and pretzel pieces.
