Jan. 11: Ancient artists

They never dreamed that one day people would admire the figures they daubed on cave walls. Now, you can learn more about the ancient artists of France when KC Carlson focuses on the sites she has traveled to with students. Carlson is an associate professor and current chair of the Augustana University anthropology department. The talk will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at Good Earth State Park at Blood Run.
