When Cade Schrempp was a child, he was a real handful. His parents didn’t know why. His teachers didn’t know why. And Cade himself didn’t know why.

It turned out that Cade had good reasons for behaving the way he did. It took a stay in residential care at Children’s Home Society to find out what was wrong and to help him and his parents understand what he needed.
Today, Cade works as a residential youth counselor at CHS to help children like himself succeed. Here, he tells his story:
