A fun, ’80s-themed apartment community awaits in popular southeast Sioux Falls.

The Rowe on 57th opened in 2021 and now is offering new living options.

Conveniently located near 57th Street and Bahnson Avenue, The Rowe “has a great location,” manager Abby Bertrand said.

“It’s easy to get anywhere in the city in a reasonable time, and being close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment is always a plus.”

The apartments

The Rowe offers one-, two- and three-bedroom flat-style layouts, which provide private entrances and back patios, as well as center load, or more traditional, apartment buildings.

“One of our buildings just opened last month, another is opening March 23, and another is coming at the end of July,” Bertrand said.

“Each apartment has a very modern feel, with a lot of natural lighting.”

The amenities

The Rowe has endless amenities, starting with its heated outdoor pool and grilling area.

“It’s a fun, ’80s-themed property, and you will see the clubhouse has a very retro vibe to it,” Bertrand said.

“It creates a fun and inviting space to gather, and the community room can be rented out for gatherings and holidays.”

Residents also enjoy a 24/7 fitness center and a designated package room.
