“The views are amazing,” Hoscheid said. “And we include a parking space with your rent, so you’ll always have a convenient place to park downtown.”

The amenities

Residents at The One2 enjoy access to a modern fitness center that leads to a huge private courtyard perfect for taking the dog out and spending time out of your apartment.

Upstairs, a top-floor community room also offers indoor-outdoor gathering space with a kitchen, fireplace and outstanding deck.
