The location
Located near 69th Street and Tallgrass Avenue, with easy access to interstates 29 and 229, The MarQ is developed and managed by Cresten Properties.

The MarQ will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Theyâll feature vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, two-tone cabinets and quartz countertops.
“This is the time to reach out and talk about your options,” Linn said. “Because we’re still a few months from move-ins, we can work with you to find an apartment you’ll love. Once residents see this community, we know it will fill up fast.”
The amenities
Amenities at The MarQ will include an outdoor pool, fitness center and community center, including office suites to work from home.
There also will be an outdoor fire pit and patio bar area, playground and paw park.
“We’re committed to making this an upscale living experience, and the amenities reflect that,” Linn said. “You’ll never be lacking something fun to do here.”
