Affordable apartments are waiting in a growing west-side neighborhood at The Grove at Ellis Crossing.

The location

The Grove is at 8600 W. 41st St., near the intersection with Ellis Road.

“We opened about a year and a half ago, and it’s been popular,” property manager Tami Lawson said.

“You do have to meet income guidelines, which we can help with, and you’ll find this is a nice, newer area with a lot of development around it, and there’s new options coming all the time.”

The apartments

This community has one-bedroom and a couple of two-bedroom apartment options remaining. All apartments include a full appliance package, including washers and dryers.

“It’s a nice, clean, updated living space,” Lawson said. “It’s a very quiet building with controlled access, which residents love.”

There are 41 total apartments, with occasional options for three-bedroom units.

“You can always reach out to see what options may be coming available and be added to our interest list,” Lawson added.

The amenities

Residents at The Grove enjoy a community room with a kitchen, “which is a nice place to host an event or spend time outside your apartment,” Lawson said.

“We also offer a playground and extra storage for residents.”
