“These are all town home-style, with studios, one- and two-bedroom options that also can include dens,” Jackson said.

“The two-bedrooms also have a garage attached underneath.”

The amenities

Residents at The Current will love the large clubhouse, including a community room, fitness center and package drop-off rooms.

Plus, the community will add an outdoor pool and grill area.
