Newly renovated lofts in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls are ready for their next residents.

The location

There currently are three two-bedroom, two-bath and one two-bedroom, one-bath lofts available, with rents starting at $1,625.

“We have a few people that have moved in and love the upgrades and the features,” Linn said. “They love the luxury-style feel, similar to a spa-like hotel room.”

Lofts are taking about six weeks to renovate as they become available, so “even if we don’t have something available this minute, there’s more coming,” Linn said. “We highly recommend people getting in for a showing, filling out an application and reserving their apartments.”

The amenities

Residents at Shriver Square enjoy access to a fitness center with a variety of equipment.

And — maybe the biggest bonus as we head toward winter — a skywalk is waiting to take you right to your car in the adjacent parking ramp.
