After months with few opportunities for new residents, a popular south Sioux Falls apartment community is starting to lease its next phase.

“We also offer detached garages, most apartments have hard-surface counters, and we cover sewer, trash and recycling,” Greer said.

Edgewater Villas is a perfect home if you love to be outdoors. There’s a beautiful pool and a dog park your furry companion will love.

“This is a community where you can get to know your neighbors,” Greer said.

Phase three also will bring a new playground you can enjoy starting in the spring.
