A townhome community in southwest Sioux Falls is filling up fast, with about 20 homes remaining to lease.

“We’re in a booming area in this part of town. There’s a lot coming as far as development with restaurants and everything else,” said Bryson DeKay, senior property manager at Reside Property Management.

Additional amenities are coming for the community as building continues, including a community room and fitness center.

“We’ll have a pool out here as well and more things to come as we move along,” DeKay said.

“Plus, we’re currently offering a $800 move-in credit with either a membership to the Westside Recreation Center nearby or an additional $450 move-in credit if you choose not to accept the membership.”
