Located in the area of Veterans Parkway between 33rd and 41st streets, PowderHaus Apartment is at 2801 S. Burnsfield Ave.

“This is such a growing part of Sioux Falls,” property manager Will Olson said. “You’re close to tons of shopping and dining, plus have easy access anywhere in town or off nearby Interstate 90.”

The apartments

The apartments at PowderHaus put a fresh take on apartment living, with sleek, contemporary finishes no matter which floor plan fits your lifestyle.

You’ll find everything from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, plus two- and three-bedroom town homes.

Plus, every apartment has a designated work-from-home area.

“We’re opening town homes month after month, as well as getting people moved into our second building,” Olson said. “Plus, all utilities are included, same with internet.”

The amenities 

Ultimately, there will be four apartment buildings, and all will have the following amenities: dog washroom, secure package room and rooftop lounge and patio.

The whole community will share a clubhouse that features two golf simulators, popular video games and shuffleboard, along with a sport court.

“Our first building has been open since June, our second building is here, and two more are coming after that through 2024 and town homes through the end of summer next year,” Olson said.

“Residents love how much there is to do without every leaving home.”

The coming year will bring additional swimming pools, a splash pad and two dog parks.

“It’s definitely a place to host,” Olson said. “And it’s a property equipped for dogs and certainly cats too. We welcome any and all of our furry friends.”
