Apartment of the Week: The Brett

A brand-new apartment community in southwest Sioux Falls is now open and ready for immediate move-in.

The location

The Brett just opened its first building in the area of 85th Street and Louise Avenue at 7700 S. Brett Ave.

“We’ve opened our first building with 34 apartments as part of a community that ultimately will include an additional four buildings with 24 apartments each,” said Shellie Linn, director of property management at Cresten Property Management.

The apartments

The Brett offers one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom apartments. They offer open-concept living with 9-foot ceilings, full-size washers and dryers, and patios or balconies.

“The finishes are outstanding with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a design inspired by Scandinavian elegance,” Linn said.

The amenities 

The first building now open at The Brett includes on-site office staff, a community lounge, Starbucks coffee and an indoor pool, which will be available to all residents.

“But if you’re among our first to move in, you’ll enjoy this without ever leaving your building,” Linn said.

“We anticipate more apartments here opening throughout 2024.”
