New York Times: Sioux Falls is best place for new parents
Sioux Falls tops a list of most affordable cities for new parents — at least according to The New York Times.
The publication ranked nearly 17,000 places based on factors such as school quality, housing prices and more than 30 other metrics.
Sioux Falls scored a 93 percent as an affordable place for new parents, with a perfect score for commute and climate risks.
Appleton, Wisconsin, and West Fargo, North Dakota, also scored 93 percent.
