4 new things to eat this week
We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig int o the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.
The antipasti, or appetizers, menu at the new Maribella Ristorante offers eight choices. The Calamari Fritti features hand-breaded and fried calamari served with lemon caper and pomodoro sauces.

Josiah’s Coffeehouse, Cafe & Bakery has 10 new items on the menu. Co-owner Kibbi McCormick’s favorite, the grilled bacon cheeseburger wrap, has hamburger, bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, red onion, pickles, mustard and bacon aioli in a flour tortilla.

Capitalizing on a hack diners have tried themselves, Taco John’s has a new Nacho Crunch Beef Burrito. It features seasoned beef in a flour tortilla with tortilla chips, nacho cheese and mild taco sauce. There’s also a version with chicken instead of beef.

Here’s a new one for red velvet fans: Flyboy Donuts has created a red velvet doughnut using the flavor in the batter. It’s topped with cream cheese frosting and doughnut crumbs.
