We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig int o the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Grille 26 has launched its holiday features, and this offering is sure to fill you up. It’s a 12-ounce bone-in pork chop served with roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels spouts and a JJ’s Wine Spirits & Cigars bourbon maple mustard glaze.

New features on the menu at Crawford’s Bar & Grill include Sriracha Lime Snapper. Pan-seared red snapper sits on a bed of roasted red pepper risotto. It’s finished with sriracha lime gastrique and cilantro.

From the category of “what took them so long to think of this,” Red Lobster has created Cheddar Bay Shrimp, dusted in the iconic Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix. It’s one of 10 choices — diners get to pick four — on the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast menu, which is available for a limited time.

Dairy Queen has a new limited-time treat. The Frosted Sugar Cookie Blizzard features soft sugar cookie pieces and icing in vanilla soft serve with sprinkles.
