We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

‘Brosia Bowl is settling into its first restaurant space in the Jones421 Building. It offers a plant-based menu of salads and grain bowls, and here’s one to try. The Greek Salad features roasted chickpeas, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, parsley, cucumbers, kalamata olives, vegan feta, red onions and soy tzatziki dressing.

You’ll have to make it to TapHouse 41 in the next few days to try this weekly special. The Pizza Burger Pomodoro starts with a house patty — 100 percent Angus beef — on challah bread with salami, Italian sausage, mozzarella, pomodoro sauce, basil, balsamic glaze and parmesan crisps. It’s served with truffle fries. It’s available through Saturday.

Flatbreads are new to The Treasury at Hotel on Phillips, and the cocktail bar, which also has a stellar kitchen, has created The Bayou Flatbread for its first offering. It’s made with roasted tomato sauce, red shrimp, Andouille sausage, a house cheese blend and arugula.

Fall flavors are hitting menus. Cracker Barrel is featuring a new treat: Apple Streusel Pie. Cinnamon-and-sugar apples are baked into a pie crust and then topped with a buttery cinnamon streusel. Get it by the slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or by the whole pie.
