We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

A popular limited-time Chick-fil-A sandwich has returned. The Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich made its nationwide debut in 2017 and reappeared in 2019. It features a grilled chicken breast on a toasted sweet yeast bun with brown-sugar peppered bacon, colby jack cheese, green leaf lettuce and Smokehouse BBQ sauce.

Lobsterfest is back at Red Lobster, and there’s a new Date Night Feast for Two. Get two butter-poached Maine lobster tails, two 7-ounce sirloins, two jumbo grilled shrimp skewers, a sharable Bacon Mac & Cheese, a choice of one side for each person and, of course, Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

It’s only available for a few more days, but check out the featured staff creation for February at Granite City Food & Brewery. Lucas Barrick crafted the Chicken Tinga Salad that comes in a crispy flour tortilla bowl that’s dusted with cajun ranch dry rub. It’s filled with marinated chicken tinga on a bed of shredded lettuce with colby jack cheese, pico de gallo and house-made Santa Fe cream.

Intoxibakes keeps its expanding its signature lineup of boozy cupcakes and regular baked goods. One of the newer “dry” offerings is cheesecake bites. Get a variety four-pack with plain, chocolate, turtle and cherry.
