4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

We’re big fans of the food at The Treasury, including this latest addition: Salmon Rillettes —  smoked and wine-poached salmon gently folded together with butter and herbs. They suggest pairing this French classic with a French white wine.

Italian nacho fans will want to give these a try. They’re on the featured Bill of Fare menu at both Attic Bar & Grill locations. Won ton chips are loaded with pepperoni, salami, sausage, pepperoncini, black olives, green onions, alfredo and marinara sauces, and mozzarella.

Here’s a playful take on a Japanese bento box. Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen has created the Southern Bento Box. Get fried catfish, greens and cornbread on an aluminum tray.

Here’s a good excuse to have dessert: MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub will donate $1 from every Merry Mack Lovin’ sold to Toys for Tots! You get gooey sugar cookies in a hot skillet with cinnamon ice cream, caramel sauce and festive sprinkles, and economically disadvantaged kids get something for Christmas.
