We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

New seasonal dishes have arrived at Parker’s Bistro. Seared Scallops features scallops, calypso beans, fiddleheads, ramps, mushroom conserva, dulse, seaweed butter and ramp green pistou.

Fong’s Pizza in Des Moines is known for its Asian-inspired pizzas and tiki drinks. Sunny’s Pizzeria pays tribute to the restaurant — one of owner Jon Oppold’s favorites — with Ode to Fong, one of its new featured pizzas that will be on the menu for a few months. The crust is covered in housemade Korean barbecue sauce and topped with mozzarella, garlic, grilled chicken breast, green onion and chow mein noodles and finished with a drizzle of blue agave sriracha.

Crisp & Green has introduced a few seasonal items. Our pick is the Watermelon Feta Zest salad. Spinach and mixed greens are topped with blackened chicken thigh, watermelon, feta, mint, jalapeno and cucumber, with a balsamic vinaigrette.

For a sweet ending to a meal at Look’s Marketplace or just as a treat, try the Raspberry Yuzu Tart at Look’s Bakehouse. A tart shell is filled with almond cream with fresh raspberries and yuzu cream and topped with raspberry jam and more raspberries, encircled by meringue.
