We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Perch has been doing pop-up brunches every Sunday at En Place Catering, 818 E. Eighth St., while its new space is built out. Here’s a traditional brunch pick to try on the test menu: Perch Benedict. English muffin halves are topped with Canadian bacon, poached egg, hollandaise and chives. It’s served with papas fritas, or fried potatoes. Reservations usually aren’t required, but they are for Easter Sunday. Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

One block to the east of En Place, the Guatemalan shop Guatelinda Bakery at 919 E. Eighth St. is making traditional pan de recado as part of Holy Week, or Semana Santa, leading up to Easter. Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

If you’re a fan of pickles on pizza, Sunny’s Pizzeria has a new featured pizza you’ll want to try. Mucho Dill-icioso has a garlic alfredo sauce topped with mozzarella, ham, pickles, cream cheese dollops and a spicy mustard drizzle.

Here’s a salty sweet treat. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has created the Twix Salted Caramel Concrete. Frozen custard is blended with chopped Twix candy bar pieces, crushed pretzels and caramel sauce.
