4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Wagoo Burger is serving breakfast now to go with the new Fernson Coffee + Tea in the Fernson Downtown taproom. The Egg Smack menu features four options for sandwiches and a build-your-own version. Our pick is the Sausage Egg-N-Chz with a sausage patty, garlic chive scrambled eggs, roasted garlic aioli, caramelized onion jam and American cheese on a brioche bun. The sandwich comes with a hash brown patty on the side.

Here’s another new breakfast option. The Fresh Berry French Toast Bake at Cracker Barrel starts with thick-cut bread with cream cheese filling, berries, whipped cream and powdered sugar. It’s served with strawberry syrup and your choice of bacon or sausage.

These aren’t your aunt’s deviled eggs. Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews has a new appetizer: Sick Bacon and Eggs with deviled eggs made in-house. They’re  topped with bourbon-glazed bacon pieces and candied jalapenos, and are served with a side of peppered bacon strips glazed with Kickin’ Bourbon sauce.

The new BB’s Pub features smash burgers. Get a single, double or triple, or come hungry for the Home Run with four 6-ounce patties and your choice of cheese and toppings. All burgers come with a side. Our pick is the Home Run with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, and a side of fries.
