4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig int o the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The seasonal Taste of New Orleans menu is back at Grille 26 with old favorites and new additions. Our pick is the new Grilled BBQ Shrimp. It comes with corn maque choux and dirty rice. The menu will be available until early April.

Starting Saturday, St. Patrick’s Day, Charlie’s Pizza is putting a reuben on a pizza. The Reuben Pizza has marinara sauce with corned beef, sauerkraut and pepper jack cheese, drizzled with Thousand Island dressing and topped with diced pickles. It’s expected to be on the menu through Easter.

The March burger of the month at Wileys embraces this month’s unofficial holiday. The Dublin features two smash patties topped with corned beef, sauerkraut and melted Gruyere, Thousand Island dressing and honey dijon on marbled rye.

Sub Zero Desserts, which just opened a year-round shop in the former Prairie C Dessert Bar space at the 8th & Railroad Center, is offering a special leprechaun concoction through March 26. Try the Lucky Charms rolled ice cream. The toasted oat cereal with marshmallows is chopped into the vanilla ice cream and sprinkled on top. There’s also a Lucky Charms milkshake.
