4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The Culture Kitchen at Look’s Marketplace has a new Burrata Pepperoni Pizza. It’s topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, hot honey, basil and burrata.

Crawford’s Bar & Grill has revamped the menu headed into summer. Our pick is Salmon Alla Rosa. The dish features a coppa-wrapped salmon roulade with whipped lemon herb ricotta. It’s served with pasta in a sun-dried tomato vodka cream, along with herb butter and micro basil.

At the new Koala T Cafe on the east side of Sioux Falls, diners will find Southeast Asian food and boba drinks. Our pick is the Lao Fried Pork with sticky rice. The pork’s flavor comes from being marinated in Lao-style seasoning, owner Tony Choularath said. Add one of Koala T’s sauces like jeow bong for even more flavor. Find the restaurant inside Neighborhood Market at 4301 E. 12th St.

Here’s another Southeast Asian treat on the east side of Sioux Falls. The 10th Street location of Pho Thai has made Mango Sticky Rice a permanent addition to the menu. The dessert is a combination of sweet coconut sticky rice, chopped peanuts and sliced mango. There’s also a Mango Sticky Rice Sundae. The desserts are available daily — only at the east-side location — while supplies last.
